How do we recognize our greeter?

Your greeter will be identifiable wearing a hawaiian style shirt and holding your beautiful lei, ready to greet you at your baggage claim. To assure we are greeting the correct clients we will have a sign with your chosen name that you fill out in our easy to use reservation form.

Are the Lei made with real Plants?

Yes! All of our Lei are homemade and made to order to assure freshness! All of the materials are locally sourced and harvested.  Lei Greeting Kauai truly enjoys sharing this tradition with everyone that travels!

What if my group is larger than 15 people?

Wonderful to be traveling with a large group!  If you have more than 15 people that would like to be greeted with our Lei, please fill out the contact form to get in touch with us for a discount for your large group!

What if my flight is canceled?

Accepted Answer

Lei Greeting Kauai's Policy allows for customers to cancel their greeting 24 hours or more, prior to their scheduled greeting time.
